David Richards

David brings several decades of business and finance experience to the mortgage industry. Beginning his career with the sales of accounting and computer systems, he ultimately attained 4 years of consecutive President’s club attendance for a national computer sales and services company, a company record. He then joined and was Co-Owner of an award-winning Houston area employment agency for over 10 years. In 2001, he began working in Real Estate Financing, working for both a large national bank and then a mortgage broker. David holds a Bachelor’s degree from UCLA.
